jimmy page vs richie blackmore vs. tommi iommi

who is the best of these three?
page or richie blackmore or black sabbaths guitar player?

ill go with richie ,the other 2 are not even close

well Deep Purple is definitely the most underrated of those three guitarists' respective bands and I think Ritchie was probably the most technically proficient of the three but I think I kinda like Jimmy's chaotic and sloppy yet energetic style a little more and I think Page understood the blues and roots music better than Ritchie did. And Iommi was probably the best of the three in terms of tone and heaviness

I agree Blackmore was probably the most technically proficient but on the whole I hate listening to his stuff and Smoke On The Water is such a poor riff I still have no idea why or how it has lasted so long as a classic.

I'd also put their respective bands in the same order, as it happens!


Iommi's style is kind of limited but then he does have the chopping-your-fingers-off-on-your-last-day-of-work scenario to contend with!
