[Edited 4/22/08 10:29am] I feel you on that. I think Nas was trying to do satire but its not clear enough to pass. He has a couple of good lines in there but this indie rapper NYOil did a similar song a couple of years ago that was a much better example of the idea Nas was trying to communicate. Nas is trying to be controversial again and draw attention to himself but I think he really needs to re-think his appraoch before he comes off as the new coon. NYOil [Edited 4/22/08 17:30pm] | |
