A rare MJ song called 25 miles! Anyone ever heard this?
Here´s the info from youtube on it. this was a song recorded in 1973. it was never released on an MJ album, but it was released as a single in 1973. it actually sounds like a 1971 recording, but released in 1973. Motown released "The Original Soul of Michael Jackson" in 1988 to cash in on the success of Bad, and included 25 Miles on the album. They remixed it like they did the songs on the Farewell My Summer Love album to give the songs a more "updated" sound It was released as a single, but not in 1973, but in 1988, and it flopped The song also wasn't recorded in 1973, but in 1971 [Edited 4/21/08 10:51am] "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. I have never heard of this album, or if I did, I wrote it off as yet another compilation that I didn't need cause of having the motown CD's already. I think I will go look for it now. [Edited 4/22/08 7:18am] | |
