T.V. - Little Richard Okay, I know I am on the late freight but last night I saw this movie for the first time. Didn't even know it existed.
Personally, I didn't think is was a good movie. Leon in that role didn't seem to work for me, though lawd knows I luvs me some Leon (insert lots of purring sounds here). I wonder how Leon must feel about Jamie Fox's recognition for Ray, though Leon has done some stunning performances of the Groundbreakers in the past. Anyway, I did find the story interesting regardless, since I don't know any of the history on Little Richard. The relationship he had with his father was pretty deep, the closeness he had with his family despite, well, you know. Though it does seem to gloss over some bits of his life that had to exist, I appreciated the insight. But the funniest thing of all was I couldn't get Prince out of my mind the whole time I watched it. Seems like that was done on purpose. Any thought?

I just want the real lyrics to "Tootie Fruity" now since they had to be cleaned up so much.

I recorded it when it originally aired. I thought it was pretty good but I was disappointed that they didn't go deeper into his sexuality. Andy is a four letter word.
