R. Kelly's Next Album, "12 Play: Fourth Quarter." 4/17/08 Link Not even a year since the release of his last studio album, R. Kelly is plotting a summer release for his next project, "12 Play: Fourth Quarter." Kelly made the announcement during his newly released remix of Mariah Carey's hit, "Touch My Body." According to JiveRecords, 12 Play: Fourth Quarter" is being penciled in for a summer release. The first single from the album, "Hair Braider," is the top debut this week at No. 59 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. A video was shot in Chicago last month by director Malcolm Jones. "12 Play: Fourth Quarter" will be the follow-up to 2007's "Double Up," which has sold 935,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan | |

I like mariah but there is no way in hell i can spend a dime on that wack ass album. Touch my body is by far the best song on the album and it is a replay of shake it off. The jermaine dupri produced tracks sound just like the ones off mimi but only worse. I couldn't believe what i was hearing. The glitter album which was considered a flop by the media was actually better than given credit for and is definitely superior to this E=MC2 bullshit. I was totally disappointed listening to this album. Don't laugh at my funk
