DAT GUL can sing.
She just needs better material. Thats the problem with all the good singers. They need to branch out of R&B Straight Jacket Funk Affair

I watched her DVD off her last album and she got the chops most definitley...but I could write some good experimental / funk / pop songs for her and it would branch her out. You know what? I love Heather. Her first album was one of the few albums that I can listen to from beginning to end and not hit the skip button. I think she's very underated. I love the Freemasson's Remix to "In My Mind"

Fantastic voice, I loved "Like Ya Used To" & "He Is" on her first album, liked "In My Mind" from the second. She certainly needs better material, & maybe a new direction. She's not gonna get attention in the r&b sector unless she starts getting naked & humpin' stuff, sadly... | |
