All of the above plus...

The complete Village of The Sun sequence (Echidna's Arf/Don't You Ever Wash That Thing)
The Black Page #1 & #2
Watermelon in Easter Hay
Montana
Uncle Remus
(although George Duke's version is better)
Son of Mr. Green Genes
Little Umbrellas
It Must Be A Camel
Black Napkins
Dog Breath Variations
(from The Yellow Shark)

...along with a bunch of others.

Man, aint that the troof. How the hell are ya gonna pare down Zappa's oeuvre to a top ten list?

It's all so freakin good but if I had to take a few discs to a desert island I think I'd have to take the ones that would remind me of some of the touring bands I've enjoyed in person over the years.

Live at the Fillmore (Mud Shark), 200 Motels and Just Another Band From LA with Flo & Eddie (lead singers from the Turtles).

Live at the Roxy and Elsewhere with Napolean Murphy Brock on sax, dancing and vocals (this guy is just a monster talent) and the incredible Ruth Underwood on mallet percussion.

Hot Rats and Overnite Sensation with Jon Luc Ponty, George Duke, Ruth again and the Fowler Brothers on bass and Trombone.

Edit: Oh, man I just realized you are asking for a favorite single track? Sheesh...I had a hard enough time getting it down to 6 albums... sad

TA,

I have never heard Duke's version of Uncle Remus, But I will say that I wish they did not edit the original and let that burning solo go for a bit. The chord structure of that song is just so moving, and the background vocals are so tasty you can eat them with chopsticks.
Music is the best...
