There were so many people saying they were planning on working with him and were working with him, and nothing came of it.

As for the producers thing, yeah, I don't think the majority of them will have their record released by MJ on an album.

Slash said in a recent interview that Will.i.am was only working on Thriller 25 and had nothing to do with MJs new album. He said that Will.i.am told him that MJ isn't even recording at the moment.
