James Brown- A Man Has To Go Back To The Crossroads & These Foolish Things

These are two of my favorite slow cuts off of JB's 'Hell' album from 1974. "These Foolish Things" is just a mesmerizing tune, even though he remade it for this release. music

Yeah, those are two jammers. Have you heard another ballad, "I Guess I'll HAve to Cry, Cry, Cry?" I made a thread on it yesterday, (should be on the second page.)

Love love love "Hell"!

Also dig "sometimes" even though its kind of a similar sound to "a man has to go back..."

These are all on side b of the 1st disc on my vinyl copy of "hell".
It's a good lil ballad collection considering everything else on that album is heavy funk!
