April 3, 2008 -- WITH an ex-husband like Bobby Brown, Whitney Houston doesn't need enemies.

In his upcoming autobiography, Brown blows the lid on his wildly dysfunctional marriage to the troubled, Grammy-winning diva, suggesting that she drove him into a nightmare of drug addiction.

"I never used cocaine until after I met Whitney. Before then, I had experimented with other drugs, but marijuana was my drug of choice," Brown writes in "Bobby Brown: The Truth, the Whole Truth and Nothing But," out next month. "At one point in my life, I used drugs uncontrollably. I was using everything I could get my hands on, from cocaine to heroin, weed and cooked cocaine."

As far as his 15-year marriage to Houston is concerned, it "was doomed from the very beginning. Within the first year we separated, with several more to follow," Brown writes. "I think we got married for all the wrong reasons. Now, I realize Whitney had a different agenda than I did when we got married . . . I believe her agenda was to clean up her image, while mine was to be loved and have children."

Whitney, he alleges, had been under "a lot of pressure. The media was accusing her of having a bisexual relationship with her assistant, Robin Crawford. Since she was the American Sweetheart and all, that didn't go too well with her image . . . In Whitney's situation, the only solution was to get married and have kids. That would kill all speculation, whether it was true or not. In the short, I think I got caught up in the politics and ended up marrying one of the biggest stars in the world."

But Brown notes that he was no saint in their relationship, confessing in his book, "I am guilty of sleeping with other women . . . Women are always throwing themselves at you. I'm only human, so I would make the mistake and bite the hook sometimes . . . I let the testosterone take over."

One of his most public indiscretions was an affair with former exotic dancer Karrine "Superhead" Steffans. "Yes, I've slept with her," he confesses. "Yes, I've spent several nights at her house. But she was only good for what her nickname stood for."

Reps for Houston, who divorced Brown a year ago, did not return our call for comment.

My godsister said that one time while staying @ the Whitney hotel in Mpls ( I THINK thats what it was ..hell or another one it was a while ago), he asked her did she know where he can get some 'good stuff'. This was while he was on the Bobby tour I believe.

Anyway, I doubt he's putting new flags anywhere. And The one who will REALLY get the bottom of the shit this time, is Bobbi Kristina. Good luck for them both hurting this child.

yeah....the bi rumors were out there and I do believe the cocaine story as well. Bobby's drug of choice seems to be alcohol.

I'm not really interested in this all. But didn't dude already have children and, presumably, the opportunity to be loved before he married Whitney? I suspect his admission of having been caught up in marrying such a huge star is a better hint at his thinking back then.

That aside, I pretty much buy what he says.

Whitney Takes "High" Road

They may have had one of the most bitch-tastic break-ups ever, but Whitney Houston is done slinging the s**t with Bobby Brown, who is allegedly going to fling the dirty sheets off their marriage in an upcoming biography.

Bobby, among other things, is reportedly saying he married Whit in part to quell rumors she was involved in a relationship with her female assistant. He also says she was whacked out on drugs.

Whitney's rep tells TMZ, "Miss Houston is sad that Bobby feels the need to say such things but she chooses to take the high road and will not speak badly about the father of her child even if it's to set the record straight."

The NY Post says Bobby's autobio is supposed to pop next month, but we've been unable to confirm a publisher or a release date.

I believe Bobby was tooting during his New Edition days probably as recreation and Whitney was tooting during her modeling career. Now who was more higher than the other remains a mystery.

I knew Bobby was gonna write a tell-all, I was just waiting for the news.

So Bobby got high on heroin too, huh? That can further explain why Whitney looked like an anorexic broomstick during the Michael Jackson celebration in 2001.

It's obvious to me that this loser is in dire need of money, so he writes a tell all book . How pathetic. I'd rather read the National Enquirer than garbage like this. I do believe that Whitney has had drug problems and she's far from innocent in the demise of their marriage, but to write a tell all book after a marriage breaks up just screams LOSER to me.
