Bjork's albums re-released April 1 in Japan with bonus tracks?

I was looking at All Music Guide's list of new releases for this week, and they have a bunch of Bjork albums listed as being released with bonus track(s) (plural for Vespertine).


Anyone know anything about this? Are they just re-issues of the albums with the original Japanese bonus tracks? Or is this something new?
