i just checked out the rick james autobiography book. it state that the moves that rick james used to do on stage were copied by prince as it states in the book and there were heated confrontations between ricks band and prince,s as a result of prince ripping off rick,s stage moves rick said that prince was attending a birthday party of his and when rick saw him he came up to him and pulled the back of his hair and poured cognac down princes throat and walked away laughing as prince was chooking off the cognac.

yeah,I read this book when it was first released.It's VERY interesting but...I'm not sure that I believe everything that Rick wrote Teena Marie has disputed some of the stuff in that book.
