An underappreciated Brothers Johnson CD

I've always liked this track with Steve Lukather on guitar.

I have the 'Winners' album on vinyl. This was the first Brothers Johnson album that they produced themselves, without any help from Quincy Jones.A very underrated album with many cool tracks. The first single "The Real Thing" was a big hit in the summer of '81.The disco-styled "Dancin' Free" was the second single.I like that one alot.I remember seeing the "I Want You" video back then.Cool song! Interestingly,it was the B-side of the "Real Thing" single, but it got alot of attention on its own.

A friend of mine refers to Winners as the Brothers Johnson's "Toto" album, since so many of that group's bandmembers guested on the album: Steve Lukather, Jeff Porcaro, David Paitch, Steve Porcaro --- a collaboration between the two groups, really...one of my favorite tracks, "In The Way" could've been dropped right into a Toto album, and nobody would've blinked...
