Not knowing enough about your situation...the RIAA is on your label's side and the AFM only handles sessions. There really is nothing protecting the Artist - except an expensive lawyer to help you sue the label. | |

If you have or share legal copyrights on material, you'd probably want to contact BMI or ASCAP (which ever one you're affiliated with).
