Vince Guaraldi--Lost "Peanuts/Charlie Brown" cues ...
Good news for Vince Guaraldi/Peanuts fans! We've already had some releases of the Peanuts music from the late Jazz keyboardist/composer Vince Guraldi(Cast Your Fate To The Wind, Jazz Impressions of Black Orpheus), notably , " A Charlie Brown Christmas", "Oh,Good Grief" , "Holiday Favorites", "A Boy Named Charlie Brown", and "Vince Guraldi Live", but there have always been those pieces from the early seventies specials--stuff like "Little Birdie", "Joe Cool", "Motocross" --that were never released--until now...these two new releases are making up for some of that.... Cool tunes from Guaraldi, with a lot more Funk, Fender Rhodes and Synthesizer being thrown into the mix....and despite the fact that it says"cues", these are actually full length tunes-- Vol.1: "Joe Cool" "Little Birdie" "Play It Again Charlie Brown" "Motocross" "Centercourt" "Incumbent Waltz" "Peppermint Patty" "African Sleigh Ride" "Thanksgiving Theme" "Pitkin County Blues" "There's No Time For Love Charlie Brown" Vol.2: "Cops & Robbers" "Sally's Blues" "It's A Mystery Charlie Brown", "Snoopy & Woodstock" "Woodstock's Dream" "Bus Me" "Little Birdie (inst)" "Joe Cool (inst)" "Linus & Lucy" "Nobody Else" "Is It James Or Charlie" Earlier Vince Guaraldi "Peanuts" releases on CD: more Guraraldi: ... Not sure what you're really driving at as it's safe to say that it isn't "at the end of each post". (More than 14,000 posts over the course of 4 years.) Beyond that, i'm quite comfortable with my sig just the way it is. tA Tribal Disorder http://www.soundclick.com...dID=182431 [Edited 4/27/08 14:30pm] "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn.
