Actually, this (Hot Property by Heatwave) is the album I was disappointed with.I've only put the needle on each track and listened to a few seconds of each song, but I didn't hear anything on the entire album that caught my attention.

So,it's not as good as the first two albums? Don't you at least like the first single "Eyeballin"?! I always loved that song and wondered why it didn't do as well as "Boogie Nights" and "The Groove Line".

I liked eyeballin too but i hadn't heard anything else off the album.
Was rod temperton still with the band then. Once he left heatwave
and started working with Michael and Quincy heatwave fell off.

I think Rod had left the band at that point, but he continued to supply them with material. He even wrote songs for their early 80s albums too.

I didn't care for "Eyeballin'" too much either. However, all I did was place the needle in the center of the song and listen to a few seconds before saying "next".
