I am not feeling this CD. I have not felt anything that she has done since the second CD. To me, her sound has become gimmicky. It really does nothing for me.

Sorry Guys....

Nice groove, but having a chorus in the song wouldn't hurt.

The best song, for what that's worth, off a horrible album. I like its 1980s vibe.

I LOVE this song. It's a feel good song for me. And I agree with ThreadBare, I love the 1980's vibe in it.
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

I like the track although it sounds like it's already been done
but i agree with most here her new album sounds mediocre at best.
I liked worldwide underground a lot better.

cool I agree also. I am always reading how people praise her so much. Her best cd to me was the 1st one. The second i really could not get into....even though it did have some good songs. I do like the song(Honey) & that is it. The rest of the cd do not have anything on it that is so mindblowing to me.

Honestly...I didn't love it when it first came on the radio
I thought it was silly, contrived, and purposely a watered down track to attract the mainstream...

But when I heard it on the album I loved it shrug
Made a nice closing track smile

I'm glad not everyone is just instantly feeling this song and album.

Tori Amos said something in an innerview years back to the effect of: "I'm Anchovies. Not potoato chips. If I were potoato chips, i could go a lot more places..."

I think Badu is also anchovies. Acquired taste, definitely not for everyone, hard to get a taste for at first.

This whole new record has been such a slow grower on even me, her biggest fan, but now I'm in love with it. It's insane - the details, the backgrounds, the effects - so much new shit on every spin to notice in every song, every time.
