The Best Of Soul Train

Anybody watching Soul Train? I'm watching it right now.It's an episode from 1980 featuring Tyrone Davis and Teena Marie.

Teena is singing "Behind The Groove" headbang love

That was a good episode. Teena looked like she was really into her performance. The NYC WB Network out here will run it at 2am tonight. Wasn't feelin' Tyrone Davis' "Dolemite" outfit though. wink

I like Tyrone Davis,but I didn't like the two songs he performed today confused Woulda liked to hear him sing "In The Mood".

after 1987 the show did take a turn. you are right. at least loose ends, jody, club nuvo (wink ) and such got to be on there before the turn of the century began.
