The inspiration was Frida Kahlo (how very Madonna of them...notice the paltrow/madonna friendship)

damn, that's a big difference in the representation of the album.
either "long live life" or "death and all his friends" 
i like "death and all his friends" a whole lot better as a title and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

"Death and all his friends" is a better title. But i think they should call it "a-Ha are the pioneers and we are the followers".
