Unfortunately,after the first two albums,her music became generic.She started working with shit hop producers,doing songs that were beneath her.She needs to get back to a genuinely soulful sound. | |

Good for Toni. I'm glad that she's gotten the revelation that going the Hip-Hop route is not for her. I saw disaster before the More Than A Woman CD came out, even though I liked the Hit The Freeway song. Ballads and straight up R&B is where it's at for her and I agree with everyone who said her first 2 CD's where her best. I hope she has success with the new project. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I thought that her hubby from Mint Condition was going 2 help her material. She has only recorded one song from them and I think it's the best song she has done since she has been married. | |

I just didn't like when she tried to go the Janet route and was doing crappy material. I'm glad she seems to be over the phase.
