D probably may not play guitar at the Jimi/Prince level, but he probably knows enough to write his own jams (which is cool). It'll be interesting to hear what he does.

I like it. It's loose, gritty and retains the funk of the original. It has rock with some killer drums and a "boys in the studio" feel that I like.

I'm probably the last person to hear this and while it's not blowing me away, I'm surprised...it's not total SHIT
