yeah,I saw them performing this on a recent 'Best of Soul Train' episode.In the same episode,Stevie Wonder's original "As" was played for the dancers,lol.

an interesting question about this song:

Why didn't Stevie just call it "Always"? Or even "Until"? wink I don't think the word "as" is used very much in the song,compared to those other two words.

well, in the chorus he sings: AS long as dolphisn fly and parrots live at sea.... and so on.
As is in it pretty often.

I first heard this as a long time ago. They were on an episode of the "Jeffersons". Sister Sledge played George's nieces or something...They were trying to get discovered and they sang this during a club scene.
