Recommend a good HOUSE/TECHNO/ELECTRO/ETC. Album I'm looking for new "throwaway" music
I'm waiting anxiously for the upcoming CUT COPY album , but until then I'd like to add more music to my collection. Especially since both my external harddrives crashed within months of each other, and I'm having to rebuild my collection. Come'on assholes, help me out! oh PS--no "The Knife" or Paul Oakenfold please.

cool. Looking into them. How would you classify their sound? U cant go wrong with "Romeo" and tons of other goodies. Very sampled crazy hip / hop Prince sound for the hit single "Dance" alone. Synth-pop-daft punk sound Worth it for Bonafide Lovin and opening Up alone. Very cold electronic 80's synths and new wave funk Straight Jacket Funk Affair
Album plays and love for vinyl records.

I'm hearing that alot in the gay clubs around town.

My favorite is one that came out about 15 years ago by "Lil Louis and the World". It was called, "Journey to the Land of The Lonely". The hit off of it was a song called, "Club Lonely"....."Miss Thing, their aint no guest list..tonight", was the catch line in the song. The entire CD is excellent. Check it out. Simian Mobile Disco / Attack Decay Sustain Release (2007) Simian Mobile Disco / Attack Decay Sustain Release (2007) [ Post-house indie electro club music. Heard this SO MUCH in the clubs last year. "Hustler" is a New York City favorite ("...if I had the $$$ to go to a record store, I would...") and "I Believe" is like tripped out, atmospheric Hallucinogen meets Dave Gahan type ish. "Love" is pure euphoro-disco for the late '00s (one of my fave dance songs of the last 2 years). There's nu-rave ish on it ("It's The Beat"), there's straight up electro throwbacks like "I Got This Down." It's one of those few discs that's an everyman's club album. You can play tracks from this @ a downtown party, a hip hop club, a dive, a house club, a gay club, a rave, etc. It works in so many different types of sets. Worth checking out. If you prefer dubs, get your hands on the ADSR Bonus Disc with instrumentals of much of the aforementioned -- most notably the SMD Space Dub of "I Believe" -- which I dare say exceeds the original sonically. You can get lost in it. ]

? I'm hearing that alot in the gay clubs around town. If you can still find it: It has the original version of "We Don't Give a Damn About Our Friends" (Adina Howard's "Freak Like Me" vs. Gary Numan's "Are Friends Electric")--one of my favorite songs of all time. The legal version was later released by Richard X with the Sugababes vocals replacing Howard's on this album:
