Well so far the best review that i have seen was the one from a LA magazine and it really just nailed it. It said "Emancipation was her big success, but lets face it was not that great a record, and this one is a step up". Like i said before Mariah still doesnt know how to put a good record together, but neither do alot of people in the CD era, this cd could have been 9 tracks and it would have been solid, but with 14 its a mixed bag.

SIDE EFFECTS is by far one of the best Mariah tracks I've EVER heard. Love every second of it

I really like Touch My Body at the moment and the video is beyond cute Good to see her having fun instead of JUST being sexy all the time.

I also really like Migrate, hope she releases that one.

Those commercials made me see "I'm That Chick" in a different light. I am getting past the production of some of the songs like "Side Effects" and hearing the SONG behind it. The third song I now like is "For The Record".

So that's three songs that I have come to enjoy.

Notice JD is not talking on those ones.

the album was well done, but I'm just not feeling it right away like I was with all her other albums for the past 13 years or so. For The Record, Side Effects and Last Kiss are definitely some of the highlights on there though, I'll give her that.
