Somehow she manages to insert just enough cuts for her die hard fans...maybe like 5 or 6, and then keep the youngsters happy with hip-hop/radio friendly driven tracks, and some of those tracks are tolerable because of Mariah's vocal abilty to carry them through.

Now That Chick is ok. Maybe I gotta listen to it more but I was expecting way too much after you guys hyped it up to the point where I thought it was going to be an explosive 80's jam. More like a mediocore 80's cut...I did like the bridge sample from Off The Wall. And I fell in love with Love you Long Time. That is HOT. Now that is a real 80's jam.

I knew it was missing the Jameys Poyser sound that was included on at least 4 jams on Emancipation, and the experimental sound like on Say Soemthin.

I do have the concert DVD and the Ipod case IS HOT! Mariah got my ipod DECKS OUT! . Well I hope the rest of the tracks are good....until then guys...

I picked up the album at Best Buy this morning!! I've been listening 2 it in my car 4 the past couple of hours!

First impression, it is a tight album!! The songs flow from one song to the next and more laid back than the Emancipation album. I love the fact that the songs are short-- I think the average length is under 4 minutes-- and not overly produced. I do miss her ballads though that showcase her vocal range. I'm sure this album will do well and will be appreciated by fans who loved her Emancipation album.

E=MC2 is nice. My fav song is "Bye Bye" I've only taken one listen to it so it has to grow on me. Still think Emancipation of Mimi is a better album.

I just wish the woman would learn some dance moves, okay, maybe just one or two dance moves. I love her albums but I don't think I want to see her live...I have two of her live concert DVD's and I wasn't too impressed. Ok, I take that back, the concert she did @ MSG (early in her career) in NYC was great becasue her voice was flawless ans she belted out each song with great precision, but the most recent dvd showed some flaws in her voice, and since she doesn't dance or have amazing props on stage, I wasn't too impressed.
I mean, Mariah charges like $90 and up for her tickets...
