Courtney Love is claiming fraud for about 5 years of stuff under Kurt's name.

She was spotted at the Van Nuys Police Station in Los Angeles last wed and then attacked a web site for reporting it. She wrote them an email under a different name where she contradicted herself over & over:

While waiting in line and being the only one left in line at the Van Nuys Police Station around 3:30 P.M. Wed. afternoon, I see a blonde woman enter. Does this person bother to stand in line? Oh no!

"Hello Officers, I'm Courtney Love." Oh boy. She had the brusies and that fresh rolled out of bed hair at 3:30 in the afternoon look. She went to the front desk and told the officers I know you know who I am. Only one of L.A.'s finest knew who she was, but was willing to help her.

She told them I am not turning myself in for anything if that is what they were thinking. I have an appointment to see Dectective (will leave it blank). As she was doing this, she kept touching the bruise on her elbow and looking down at her shoes. (Maybe to see if they were still on?)

The officer let her by and handed her a visitor pass as I caught a whiff of her breath. Ahh. Nothing like being drunk in the middle of an afternoon. The officer led her to the elevator as Courtney was having a conversation with herself that continued while she was waiting for the elevator and after she got on.

Finally getting to the desk to have the officer help me. He was still trying to tell his partners who she was. "That's Courtney Love, Man. I could sing you one of her songs. " I looked at him to try and then he started singing "Since You've Been Gone." I just shook my head n wondered what Kelly Clarkson would think? I Love L.A.-Dr.FB

Here is the 1st email from Courtney Love as Carrie Lincoln:



As we, www.drfunkenberry.com first reported exclusively last Wed as we ran into Courtney Love at the Van Nuys Police Station, we now have an update and some VERY interesting emails from Courtney, put as a third person. But she gives away a lot as she talks about Karma and how Courtney has stlye like Mae West. The email looks like one of her blogs on myspace where she posted about the incident and talked about us on it, only to remove it today as www.TMZ.com criticized it and she then attacks them.

This email was sent Friday as Courtney....we mean someone who is a "fan" wrote, (It is fairly obvious it is her.)

Here is the 1st email we were sent:

Thats the biggest load of bull . I was also at the Van Nuys station yesterday ,
she was there to see an elite unit for fraud,
and why should she stand on line for something that had nothing to do with your reasons for bein g there, per her breathe smelling of gin.etc (Dr.'s Note We NEVER said Gin, just alcohol. HMMM)
we didnt see anyone go near her,
she was brassy and flirty with the cops and they certainly ALL knew who she was, shes got a Mae West quality aboput her , if Mae West wore R>M!
that outfit was at least 10k btw ,and is considered on the best collections of the last decade! fyi

IN a recent USA Today poll of the most Famous Women in the World Courtney came in at #7, wich i thought was odd, but it was a Gallup Poll, she has not released a record and wont be until summer and i hear she has two majpr films already done deals.But the legit pr buzz onthis album is that its the best record any major artist has released in a decade.( “If Not More” the prez of Epic told his assnt who told my friend at Epic , he also mentioned it in the converence meerting and played the demo files “man oif she pulls this off….so major for rock again”)

Well, after the first email was sent to us by Courtney, oh we mean Carrie....we contacted the person to let them know we think it is great that they support Courtney, but the story was completely true, and let her know there was no ladies in line at the Van Nuys Police Station, only men. We describer her outfit and again wished her well and hoped that Courtney wins the Fraud suit. We were nothing but nice and cordial and advised we stick by the story.

she was hardly drunk (Dr.'s Note: In the first email that was sent, it says Courtney has been soer for 5 years, now it is hardly drunk. hmm) and she did in fact say "HEY THERE FELLAS"etc to the cops. i saw women in line as i am one and was with two male friends.

your opinion does not matter -= the fact that you assume someone who has made a very big deal out of her sobriety was"smelling like " alchohol is both insidious and untrue, she was too far away forou to smell anything - she was there for what appears to be identity fraud issues, and wasnt assigne dto our line ( and i look very much like a woman)
so she also did not take "cuts"
