tonyat	Icon vs. Legend???? What's the difference between an Icon and a Legend? Please help I can't tell the difference.

Well, someone called the actress Lauren Bacall in an interview, and she replied (Paraphrased) "Legends are dead."

Well, when they call someone alive a legend... usually they call them "Living Legend". So, I guess that means that in general, a "legend" is dead.
