VANHUNT Does anyone know when Vanhunt's new CD is coming out?
I read a review of it recently I can't remember what magazine it was in, but that's the last I heard. It's not listed on Amazon. | |

He unfortunately got dropped by the label before it was released.

"the lowest one of my desires" on his latest joint is the funkiest Prince track to come out in recent years.

Anyways, I just wanted to say that at this point Van Hunt may be the most underrated artist in Soul music today.
Him and Jamie Lidell.  A tour featuring those 2 would be a dream come true for the New Wave guy. 
And guess what? Van is a real nice guy. I met him at his gig and he was kind enough to sign my CD. Prince, on the other hand, sent his security guards on me when I tried to get his attention. NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE. | |

Just read on his site that he is gonna be releasing a cd of all his acoustic, unrelased and remixed tracks as well as a concert DVD in the next 60 days. So fingers crossed, dudes needs to get some paper for all his hard work.  | |
