who is zelaira? Sounds like a troll. I hate trolls

Zelaira was the most fun and obsessed fam to ever populate the org. She/he/it disappeared a few months ago...

Zelaira was a she. I hung out with her twice and she was wild and crazy and lots of fun too! I miss her. sad
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

lol I miss him too. I was looking for him and couldn't find him. He's usually the tallest one and I could find him. They showed Blake on the Feedback dvd, but I didn't see Brian

Ohh.. Brian is the guy in the organza "ruffled" shirt, with that sort of "carved"/shaved design for a haircut. cool It's so dark, and he's so made up, it IS difficult to spot him. Blake was easier to spot.

I found him! I didn't realize he was bald now lol

Finally found it on youtube.

I like simple videos, but I don´t like this one at all. Too dark, half of the time you don´t know what´s going on.
"When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

cool, I think you will really enjoy it! It's better than Damita Jo and 20 YO, even though those have good tracks here and there.

WELL SAID!

Here's the "World Premiere" version. cool

It's nice 2 see Janet, but her latest video is pretty un-exciting. shrug I prefer "So Excited", or "Feedback". dancing jig

A really nice return to form for JJ, both the song and the video.

Even though she's breaking no new ground thematically (dark tones, a club, a diverse set of characters) and though the video completely looks like a set piece from Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, it's still hot. Easy flowing song goes well with the easy flowing video.

I would have liked to see more high-level choreographed dancing a la "Miss You Much" or "If", but JJ's got her arthritic knees to worry about (LOL, Kidding).

Anyway, for any Janet fan who was somewhat disappointed by recent outings, I think Discipline is her strongest work since the Jam & Lewis days. Some of her strongest songs in a long time. She went back to what has worked in the past and there is no shame in that.

True enough. She's holding her own.

Here's an old article about Brian Friedman I thought you all would like. He says that Prince is the celebrity from whom he learned the mostjust by his example:

Brian Friedman: The best advice I've gotten from anyone I've ever worked with wasn't in words, but was what I saw while working with them. The work ethic that Prince possessed was incredible. He was 500% all of the time.

And can anyone else here confirm that award-winning, contemporary choreographer Mia Michaels also worked on Rock With You?

As one of my friends said, it would stand to reason since Teddy Forrance (sp?? sorry...I never can remember how to spell his name) her assistant has been hired to dance with Janet this era. But I haven't seen it confirmed in any publication?

I think it's because she's more involved with the dancing herself as opposed to other acts

Madonna is also very involved in her dancing. I think it's a question of character.

While Madonna is more distant, Janet always seems to be very warm and caring individual. I think her smile really shows what kind of person she is. smile

Donna De Lory said in an interview that it is always important to remember with Madonna you are an employee and than a friend, if you are lucky.
You CANNOT use the name of God, or religion, to justify acts of violence, to hurt, to hate, to discriminate- Madonna
