I'm not sure if there's another thread about this already but I just watched her new video, "Like You'll Never See Me Again," and I must say, it's official, I'm in love with Common, for real. I always appreciated him as an artist but LATELY that boy been lookin' kinda right! Even in the scene when the doctors are using the defibrilator (sp?) on him and there's blood and gore all over him, I was thinking, "Damn look at his chest! Ooh, look at his abs. He done got foine in the last couplea years."

They are really milking the rumors that he's hittin' it even though her producer is her longtime boyfriend. But she kinda did the same thing with Usher a few years ago too. I did get vibes from them though watching Smokin' Aces. In the scene where he's carrying her down the stairs, he was sho nuf carressing her thigh.

As for the song, I'm sure it's been dissected to death on here already, but I think it's alright, even tho it's a straight rip of Purple Rain. I think the video makes the song more powerful. Really moving video and I like the concept of going back in time.

It's an emotional song and video. I have trouble watching the video at times because it makes me sad, but I think it's well done and I love the song!
