Pussycat Dolls Present: GIRLICIOUS

This is the most hilarious music "reality" show in a hot minute.

Tired hag Robin Antin (lips like a constipated asshole) corrals together 15 bimbo stereotypes, has them perform various "classic" pop songs (Read: N'Sync's "Tearin Up My Heart") while dressed in stripper accoutrements, all for the chance to be part of a girl group trio, "GIRLICIOUS", which will get a record deal by default. The stage is small, as are the brains. The judges are Lil' Kim, some dude with a fedora from Geffen Records, and Ms. Antin herself.

Yes, this is one of the campiest shows you've ever seen. It's tremendously amusing watching this motley crew of dolts stumble through "sexy" dance moves and screech out their harmonies like cats in heat. Untalented in every single department. There is much lip service from the judges about "potential", much fawning over their "fierceness" by the queeny choreographer and vocal coach.

Next week seems quite promising as Nicole Flopzinger from the PCD visits the girls for a "performance" and an exclusive listening party for her new CD that is never coming out.

Is anyone else hooked on "GIRLICIOUS"????

This is coming from a fellow PCD fan: What's the point of watching THIS latest reality mess?!? We know the best dancers that can sell sex appeal will win in the finale. It isn't about the best vocalists for this new group at all.

This is almost as bad as the "Next PCD member" nightmare, when they picked that "crackhead" girl to be the 7th member? Why? They ended up not even being able to use her in the Vegas show because she couldnt keep up with the routines. Its interesting that "Girlicious" and whoever wins gets signed to "Geffen" considering that ROBIN is the founder of PCD and they are signed (for the moment) to Universal. I think Robin did this show since Universal screwed up the second PCD album by trying to push Nicole out on a solo shot after one album, this seems to be the filler and a way to keep the PCD name out there, i wouldnt be surprised to see Girlicious on a tour with PCD to premiere both albums.

I liked the dark-haired, taller chick from the first show, the one who could actually sing a bit,. Altough her myspace solo tracks were quite hilarious.
