I remember thinking, I remember when Prince's Act I Tour pulled in to Radio City and the opening night Madonna and Whitney Houston were there.. ( I saw Madonna go over and hugged Whitney ) anyway these two guys ended up on the stage with prince and they both had on long skirts ( Ole Prince didn't interact with them at all ) [Edited 2/29/08 14:19pm]

I think it's criminal that no one has better tapped the talent of the Harlem (gay) ballroom scene. It may be passé, but Voguing is an absolutely stunning performance art form when its done correctly.
José and Luis were the premier members of the Xtravaganzas, one of the most legendary houses in the ballroom scene over the past 3 decades... and they were relegated to this crap! Or having to get a job at a South Street seaport clothing store!?!? It's a crying shame. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

Aside from Willie Ninja and RuPaul who else has done something outside of the Ball Room? It's almost parody. I mean, it's like the PSB but they kept rapping and got even gayer (and lost quality control). It's very early nineties, I guess. I think understand why Madonna is not in the video, though. If they put it on an oddities/rarties disc (right up there with "Did You Do It?") of a Madonna boxed set, I might give it a listen again.
