Montrose

Has anyone ever checked out this guy? I stumbled upon his music. I remember him from WAY back in the day in Dallas working at local music stores. He was a cool cat then. I didn't know he created his own music.

Check out his site at http://www.montrosemusic.com/ . He is HEAVILY influenced by Prince. As a matter of fact, when I go to any Prince concerts in Dallas, I always manage to run into him.

I thought you were talking about the real Montrose - creators of Rock The Nation and Bad Motor Scooter. Real high-energy 70s rock and rooooolllll!

Sammy Hagar's finest moment, in fact.

Never heard of this dude but he may have a trademark infrigement lawsuit headed his way - if I saw "Montrose" was playing the local rock club, and this dude was there, I would be awful mad.
