But the J5 were "special" like Prince. wink Hell, later on it was printed in the Watchtower that soap operas weren't allowed either. So, my mom switched to watching Dallas and Knot's Landing. lol Slick! cool

whofarted How was Dallas and Knots Landing exempt from the no soaps rule???? LOL! lol

lol Don't ask me! I asked the same damned thing and got popped in the mouth. Made no sense at all. Maybe because it was at night? cool razz lol

Not, "popped in da mouf" LOL!!! IMO Dallas and KL were way more sexually explicit than the daytime soaps. But my momma used to do that too when I questioned her rationale on some ludicrous shit she KNOW didn't make no damn sense. LOL!!! lol Whap!

lol Oh, I got lots of pops. Like when I didn't undertand how we were not allowed to see "Ghost" because of demons and Patrick Swayze came back from the dead, yet she took us to see "Always" about a pilot that comes back from the dead to help his girl. All because she had a crush on Brad Davis. That turned into a screaming fest.

And you are so right about nighttime soaps. nod Knots Landing was way worse than Days of Our Lives, which was her favorite.
