I believe the thread starter was looking for either of the genres in his title, right? Doppelganger is entirely based around electro drum machine beats, distorted, driving basslines and affected vocals. I think it slots into electro quite easily.

But if he/she wanted something with no melody or lyrics, I can't really help out.
