Britney can now see her children again.

"We're pleased that … the process of reinstating the children's mother as a participant in their lives can commence," Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said on Friday.

He added that Britney would "very soon" be allowed to see Sean and Jayden.

Spears is finally getting her life back in order and we are so happy for her. And so is Federline.

The man who once was considered the bad guy is anything but. K-Fed didn't have to allowed Brit Brit any visitation. It wasn't court-mandated. But he and his lawyers worked with Britney's dad, Jamie, and her attorneys to make sure they could reach an agreement that would keep everyone happy, especially those two kids.

We are cautiously optimistic that this good progress Britney has made these last few weeks will continue. We hope it does. She still has more work to do on her path towards health and happiness.

But this is a very encouraging step in that direction!

From Perez Hilton.com

That's good, I'm glad. It had been 8 weeks since she's seen them last and since that Osama dude is out of her life (hit with a restraining order yesterday) there'll be no chance of anything going wrong with her parents in the house.

clapping for Britney.

Why is this considered a 'good thing'? This is someone who shouldn't have had kids to begin with.

Those kids are probably gonna end up SOOOOO screwed up. Between having Britney's drama, plus the media, they don't stand much of a chance.

Here is to hoping though.

They are. A monitor and her parents will be there and the visits are only for the day.
