Love this song!!  A big hit for Tavares in late 1978/early 1979.With this song (and the album 'Madame Butterfly'),the guys were getting back to their R&B roots,after several years of disco hits. | |

 It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

'Madam Butterfly' is a nice album.In addition to "Never Had A Love...",I like the songs "One Telephone Call Away","Coming Back For More" and the breezy,beautiful title track,which should have been a single. | |
