The R & B category has been relegated to relative obscurity!! With total emphasis on Hip Hop when it comes to Black Music. Clear Channel has done it to us...and the end is near.Sing about something positive and uplifting...you are now placed into that Neo Fucking Soul....what the fuck is that and who came up with that shit?!! Is it not R & B?? Fuck!!! So you sing about that shit and you are now made to suffer because Clear Channel WILL NOT air you, or give you a contract and only allow you to tour ultra small concert venues!!!

When I can peruse the entire radio dial and hear ALL KINDS OF WHITE MUSIC and can only here, bullshit Rap and R & B about Bitches, Ho's, Money, Cars and how Sexual we are.....well....you get the picture. It is what our youth are now aspiring to....

PARENTS....DO YOUR JOBS!! Because the Powers that be are fine tuning our youth to be just plain fucked up!!

I think back to the music I listened to as a teenager. I cannot imagine teenagers listening to artists like Force MDs. I do not think that teenagers of today listen to as much variety today. We all know that the top 40 of the 80s was so diverse. The top 40 of today is what can sell ringtones.

I am doing my job as a parent. My kids can sing many of the songs that I sung as a kid. They can even put a 45 on the record player. It's crazy to think that kids don't know how to work a record player.

KMOJ here is the only station that supports new R&B musicians and Prince, however they get suckered in2 playin dirty south Hip Hop most of the day mixed in with R&B.
