They'll be in my city for a concert in 2 weeks, and they were on the radio last week discussing a new CD they're working on. I'm sick and tired of the Prince fans being sick and tired of the Prince fans that are sick and tired!

I saw their show on Monday! It's only February, but it may very well be the best one I'll see this year.

I was very impressed by the production. I saw them at the Prudential Center in New Jersey which is a brand new facility. The entire thing was very glitzy. Plus I was on the floor in the 27th row, but the times when the girls would perform in the center part of the stage that extended out into the audience, it was more like sitting in the sixth row, I was so close to them. There were lots of screens with films and lights à la Madonna. My favorite part though was Emma singing "Maybe" solo. I knew what all the other girls' solo tracks would be and yet I totally forgot/didn't know Emma would sing that song which I love. The performance was very go-go 60s and most of the audience wasn't as into it as I was. She must have chosen it specifically for me.
