I love Ours!
I bring them up every now and then and hardly no one responds. Their lost.
I saw them last summer in Indianapolis. Small club. Great intimate show.
Their new album is called Mercy and is due late March early April.
BTW, Jimmy Gnecco (lead singer) and Jeff Buckley were friends.
I hear Jeff Buckley,Thom Yorke and a little Bono but more on the Goth tip.
I like Precious too but Distorted Lullabies is a classic.
Fantasy is reality in the world today. But I'll keep hangin in there, that is the only way.

lol its like groundhogs day. I think you and I have had basically this same conversation once or twice before. They were in Charlotte not too long ago, but I wasnt able o go. Did we talk about that before, too? Hell, I dont know. At any rate, OUrs is a cool band, and Jimmy Gnecco does sound a lot like J. Buckley.

Are these youtube clips from 'Precious"? Hows the rest of the album?

These youtube clips are from the new album Mercy, which I mentioned earlier.
Yea, we prolly did discuss same topic before, I dunno.
Seems there's only like 2 or 3 people on here who even know who Ours is. I wish more people dug them, they deserve it.
I mean sometimes when like 6 or 7 threads on here are about the same person (no names, figure it out) it becomes a little discouraging. I guess it's up to people like us to educate. cool

Oh, and as far as what I've heard from new disc, it's really good.
Basically, if you like those youtube clips, you'll like it.
BTW,they have a ton of stuff on youtube.
