I thought that was an embarrassing performance. I don't think she understands the subtle nature of that song.

That was an awful performance. I agree with Greycap23. She needs to understand the concept of subtlety.

I am no Aguilera fan and I do think she tends to oversing which is my main problem w/her but I enjoyed her performance of "It's A Man's World" at the Grammy's. She put a lot of emotion into it. I liked it . "And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ
"Baby, that was much too fast"...Goodnight dear sweet Prince. I'll love you always

The performance isn't quite as grand on review as it was the first time (the high note, for example, seems more labored than it originally came across). But I appreciate her not singing it like JB. She had the conviction to belt it out Aguilera-style, and while I'm generally not a fan of hers, I think this was a successful tribute. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

I think Carrie Underwood gave us a moment like this when she went into her best Christina Aguilera impression during the last half of her performance last night. love is a fate resigned memories mar my mind love it is a fate resigned Over futile odds and laughed at by the Gods and now the final frame Love is a losing game

See that is why soul music is one of the most timeless and precious genres today. Christina had the voice and the power there was one thing she lacked. Where was the soul?
The lyrics are very powerful and it is a story Christina turned that performance into an voice show. She clearly had no real depth, feel, or connectivity to the song. I know it many sound harsh but I am just saying from how I see it. What people don't know about soul music is that there is more to it than having a big husky voice. Just because you have a big voice does not mean you have soul. Which is often a fault to some artists who try to sing the genre. There is no doubt that Christina is real singer and powerhouse but she needs to work on her vocal control.

Wow, great performance. I like Christina. I think she´s a great singer. I´ve seen her live in Prague and she rocked. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

Stupid performance.
She's not even in tune at one stage, just screaming her oversized head off. Can't imagine what she must have been like giving birth.

HORRIBLE
Christina sounds horrible 90% of the time. She doesn't know how to use her voice.

Exactly, in complete contrast to her "Ain't No Other Man" performance. I remember when I first heard her hit that note during the original broadcast of "A Man's World" and I was like "oopS . Bad move, Boo boo. Bad move "
