Is Rihanna a budding lesbian?

On the red carpet she said she might be cutting her hair even shorter than it is. When the interviewer as her in what way she would cut it, she said "More boyish."

WTF?

This is where it all begins people

don't be silly

I'm not defending her, but it's the 21st century and we should be wayyy over that whole "boys have short hair" mentality. Maybe she brought that idea to you with that comment, but we should be able to see past it now....

I don't don't think only boys should have short hair, but that shit got shorter than it was before and she actually said boyish, so I'mma wait and see what happens with that. Maybe that's why she was going through all those men. She was trying to cure the gayness

Um no, but if that's true maybe it would help her. Maybe she'd pick up an acoustic guitar or sit behind a piano like all her "sisters" and possibly make decent music

Hell, vagina's done wonders for Tori Amos' career shrug

Why would you assume that she is a "budding lesbian" just because she might be cutting her hair even shorter...more boyish"? that's the real wtf, mane.

you all have a problem with the word boyish on this board, it's not the first time

and rihanna said it without realizing the context she was saying it in

why can't you freaking accept that girls with short hair are also gorgeous and that rihanna looks horrendous with long hair?

it's cause of narrowminded people like you that people begin to believe they're gay or something because of not following the gender expectations society puts upon them, or in this case, you guys

I don't think hair has anything to do with one's sexual orientation, in any case.
I'm a 20-year-old man with a perm. I'm probably the only man in the entire country (Finland) with a perm lol
A buddy of mine told his girlfriend that I had a perm, and she was like 'No way, can't be, ain't no men that have perms!' lol

exactly, it's so stupid how people are quick to judge. And his girlfriend is obviously not old enough to remember the jheri curl either. It is kind of in style for girls to cut their hair short in a pixie style right now and know plenty who do that and are far from gay, so I find it offensive when people are quick to label them.

I have no problems with gays and lesbians, I have problems with stereotypes that automatically label people as that, just cause they don't follow gendered expectations.
