Well I think she's a bitter woman for the most part but considering all she's been through, I guess it's understandable. Anyway, I do like her voice and love her songs "Red Hot" and "U". Also, I've always thought she was the prettiest Supreme. [Edited 2/7/08 21:09pm] "And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ

[Edited 2/7/08 21:09pm] She is but i opt for flo ballard as being the prettiest. However; Mary looks damn good for her age. [Edited 2/8/08 10:18am] Don't laugh at my funk

She's okay, I guess. I had a friend once that used to tour with her, she was pretty strict...required her backround singers (sort of like "Supreme-ettes") to be in full make-up at all times, even if they were just answering their hotel room doors for room service. She also mentioned that Ms.Wilson's kinda tight with the coin purse, too. She didn't really enjoy gigging with her at all, but it was a neat thing to have tried and to throw on the resumé

She's cool but she needs to lay off some of the Supremes songs when she sings the types that don't fit her voice:

Saw her in 2001 in New York at B.B. King's blues club! She did a "Mary Wilson feat. the Supremes" show and it was great! Loved it!

Timmy, as the resident Motown buff I expected a reply from you on this thread. http://prince.org/msg/8/260668 “The man who never looks into a newspaper is better informed than he who reads them, inasmuch as he who knows nothing is nearer to truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors.”
