Michael Jackson As Captain Eo

Did ya'll ever see this. I've been meaning to post this for a while but never got around to it. The song "We Are Here To Change The World". Looks like it to be around 1985

Kinda like Thriller but with Aleins, robots or something. Sci-fi.

Capt EO was a Disney World Attraction for the Epcot Center. I recall seeing it and immediately getting back in line to see it again. I recall it was the best 3D Movie of it's time. Directed by Spielberg I think. MJ ought to have got permission to release the song in longer form as a single.

Captain EO was directed by Francis Ford Coppola and produced by George Lucas.

The song We Are Here to Change the World is available on the 2004 box set "Michael Jackson: The Ultimate Collection"

1986. It's very cute. The dancing is amazing and We Are Here to Change the World should have been released- although it sounds dated, it's one of the best cheesy 80's tracks I have ever heard.

I don´t like this song that much.

The song is cute and fun to dance to, however it didn't age well.

I remember going to see it at epcot when I was 5, but only remember hearing his name a lot before seeing it, and not much of the movie. I managed to get it on tape a few years ago from a friend, and though it's well done, it hasn't aged well and mj's acting is a bit corny. He looks really, really hot though, wow!!

I like Mike and all, but he seems to only have about 3 or 4 dance moves (all his videos from the 80's to current seem the same) IMHO.....except for maybe Smooth Criminal, Remember the Time.....he really needs 2 reinvent himself if he ever attempts a comeback. Any thoughts?

The closing credits nod I found it interesting it ended up Bad. The single didn't do very well though. I think that's because Bad was running out of steam.

intersting that Francis Ford Coppola, George Lucas and James Horner were all involved. I thought these three would have done a bit better considering two of them are responsible for the creation of the godfather and star wars.
