Is it just me or JC's new single sounds like a really cheap imitation of Prince? (yukkk)

I hate to say this, but I really like it. The words are stupid, but the song is a jam. It is definitely better than Justin Trousersnake.

gag, lol

That song is boring IMO. There were a few times where he sounded like he was trying to imitate Prince, but he failed so...

I really like it and I think it will do pretty good. Justin's new single Cry Me a River is a great song too.

It's a fun pop song that turns into a little jam half way through.

It's fun.

He's cute, and the song is better than Justin Timberlakes.

I wish white pop performers would get over trying to sound 'black' though - popular Black music is bad enough at the moment, without everyone jumping on the bandwagon.

Better than justin's!??? I don't even want to defend him but this JC track is trash. He might be able to be an opening act. We'll have to see what else is on the cd

I shut off Apollonia 6 "Sex Shooter" extended mix for this? Is this an insult or compliment to Prince? Not bad but hardly good! The thing in the middle with the drums is becuase its for a movie about drumming (something with Dallas Austin). It might not be that horrid but it kind of reaks of a novelty single and the sound quality is rough (my computer, I'm sure), but it worked for Justin. So, does Prince get royalties for this? I beat if you listen hard enough you might find a few songs it rips off directly.

Metalbabe699

the whole track is nothing but a Prince imitation...every bit of it IS Prince...

what ever happened 2 originality??

Here we got Justin imitating MJ's vocals, dance and style

and NOW ...

J.C imitating Prince...

The future of music looks very shady...doesn't look too good.

All we're gettin is repeats of the past...we need something new.
