Dance, you're making it VERY difficult to appreciate your opinions. VERY difficult. Why you show hatred for one of the funkiest bands of all time is completely illogical to me.

In all fairness, Dance is entitled to her or his opinions -- one thing I've noticed since being on this site is that some people are a little overzealous in their "You don't like my unfounded opinions? I don't think Cameo are up there with say Ohio Players, one of their inspirations but they were a solid unit. I have all their albums and they're enjoyable but they lacked that special ingredient that for me doesn't put them in the best bracket of funk bands. I actually preferred the mid eighties material. I found a lot of the earlier stuff really slight. Candy was their best song. [Edited 2/4/08 7:42am] | |
