timbaland to anounce to work with a mystery artist on the grammys I heard a recent radio interview with [mega.....producer] claiming he is working with a *male, a "HE"* , [quote]his vocals on my beats are outta this world* and everytime this persons name was mentioned during this radio interview, a beep came and you couldnt hear who they were naming. But here is the interesting part, he, the producer said, we are gonna announce it on the Grammys. Now, when a producer cant tell who he is working with cuz its so big, it can only be mega-status like MJ & Prince. The Producer im talking about is Timbaland. All the fans of timbaland are pretty much saying this mysterious guy must be Michael Jackson or possibly Usher which i doubt, cuz he aint megaton-worthy.
and prince and timbo .... dont see that happening either [Edited 2/1/08 12:41pm]

It would be shocking if it's Prince but I don't see it. It's probably Michael Jackson and that's not shocking at all.
[Edited 2/1/08 12:45pm] [Edited 2/1/08 12:52pm] I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

Don't you know MJ is desperate for a hit? He'll work with anybody it seems. Don't be shocked at all if it's him, for real. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

It's NOT Prince. I'll turn in my keys if that is true.

i cant think of an artist that would forbid him to speak. so he doenst want to risk being left out off that project. must be a huge star.
unless he is talking about someone talentless as great vocals my beats and his vocals are out of this world , i cant imagine it being someone else [Edited 2/1/08 13:30pm]

So now the Grammys is reduced to a show with announcements like this. I mean whats the big deal, so if its MJ. In the last year we have heard that "everyone" is working with him. But its just like Timbaland and his inflated ego to have to announce his work on an award show where its supposed to be about other people not your agenda. Its like what if on the Oscars, Denzel got up there and said, "oh by the way, i had lunch the other day with so and so and we talked about working on a movie" this shit wouldnt fly for a second in that arena. So Timbaland is creating alot of HYPE for no reason. Oh good so now Michael can sound like Timberlake and we know that is gonna lead to duets, which will only get Timberlake more of an ego. So now Madonna,MJ,Mariah and Janet will sound like everyone else, to sell, and instead of leading they are followers now. Who else? George Michael? Madonna? (Maybe the world doesn't know and just message boards) LOL Usher? Prince? These all seem VERY unlikely. It is MJ. MJ Fan 1992-Forever

Yo, he's just going to announce that he is still working with my fine ass. And that we're coming out with something LARGE in the next couple of years. Yo, he might work with my boy Joey Fatone too.

It's Usher. Timbo thinks Usher is big enough to warrant such an announcement. But it definitely is Usher.

The Answer : It's a french artist named M.Pokora who worked with Timbaland on the latest months. The name of the new single feat. timbaland is "Dangerous"...

That French singer already premiered that new single last weekend at the NRJ Awards in France. That would be hardly breaking news for the Grammies. Timbaland also confirmed his collaboration with Madonna many months ago, even though there wasn't any official confirmation so far. I'm betting on MJ as well.

Yeah, that was my first thought: How unprofessional to announce business at an event. You're a producer... You can mention it in an interview, sure. But to use an event to brag about a deal is just... tacky.
