Lalah Hathaway - Baby Don't Cry (1990)

I liked it the first time I heard it (on Video Soul). Good times, good times...

You both have to check out her CD called, "A Moment". It came out about a year or two after "Don't Cry". It has everyone from Chuckii Booker to El Debarge on it. It contains a cool cover of Sly's "Family Affair". It is hard to find now, I first got it when it came out and then when it was stolen, I found it as an import on half.com. It was worth the price...

Check it out...

The only thing I know from "A Moment" is the lead single, "Let Me Love You." I love that one.

Come on, now. You know you wanted to know what became of the Boys. They dance well at mid-tempo.

Wait, I need to rewatch it. I remember the song well but hadn't seen the video. Was that The Boys?

I like her work on Sheena's "The Lover in Me." Very underrated album.
