Likewise, I think this is the problem with a lot of artists today. They want to make it like it is Halloween, and press dress up, as their favorite artist of yesterday and just become them. No one is original, and those that are, just aren't as inspired. Today's music sucks. It is either about looks or copying your favorite artist from yesterday. How terrible.

I really do hope the record labels all crash and burn. I really do hope all these fake artists crash and burn. I really hope iTunes and digital music takes over everything, so the fake Ushers, the fake Hannah Montana corporate bullshit will disappear forever.

his father died in the last few weeks too...i think he hit his apex with confessions.the teens and twennysumthins that made that album hot have moved on. the shelf life for performers as opposed to singers is much shorter.
