Ne-Yo Debunks Rumor About Suing Beyonce 
Singersroom Janaury 29, 2008 Recently a rumor began running rampant on the internet, alleging that R&B singer Ne-Yo was going to sue pop superstar Beyonce over royalties to her 2006 hit single "Irreplaceable." The “So Sick” hitmaker - real name Shaffer Smith – was also said to be filing the lawsuit against Knowles claiming she reneged on a promise to collaborate on his next album. Contrary to the reports, Ne-Yo tells Singersroom “this rumor is not true.” Ne-Yo says he has no beef with Beyonce and this rumor is just another blogger being bored. [Edited 1/29/08 16:21pm] | |
